We offer costume delivery via courier or parcel locker throughout Estonia.
Delivery costs depend on the location and service provider; we will confirm the exact details when the booking is finalized.

The rental wear is generally shipped the day before the event.

Returns take place the day after the event, using the same method or one agreed upon in advance.

Delivery times and methods are confirmed individually for each booking to ensure a smooth process.
If there are specific deadlines we need to consider, please let us know when making your booking.
Self pick-up
Would you like to pick up the costume yourself? Great!
You can pick up costumes from our showroom in Tallinn at a pre-arranged time.
We recommend booking a quick fitting session when you come to collect the costume, ensuring everything fits perfectly before the event.

The address and exact time will be arranged after the booking is confirmed.

Please return the costume to the same location by the agreed deadline.
Returns and exchanges
As this is a rental service, standard returns or exchanges are not possible.
However, if the costume does not fit for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible—we will do our best to find a replacement or make adjustments.

The rental wear must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Minor wear and tear is normal, but additional fees may apply in the event of significant damage or loss.
