Rental terms
1. Booking and payment
The costume reservation is considered confirmed after payment is received. Booking information and billing details will be sent to the customer via e-mail or DM.
You can pay via bank link, transfer or on site. If desired, we will issue an invoice to the company.
If you would like to try on the costume before booking, this is possible by prior arrangement in our showroom in Tallinn.
2. Rental period and return
The standard rental period is up to 3 days (e.g., Fri–Sun or Mon–Wed). If you require a longer rental (e.g., for a trip or a festival abroad), please let us know—we will provide a quote and make separate arrangements.
You can pick up the costume yourself, or have it delivered via courier or to a parcel locker. The same applies to returns.
Please return the costume by the agreed deadline. A surcharge applies for late returns.
3. Use of the rental wear and liability
All our costumes are cleaned and inspected before every rental. The renter is responsible for the costume throughout the rental period.
-
Minor wear and tear (e.g., a loose thread or a detached stone) is understandable.
-
In the event of major damage or loss of the costume, repair or replacement costs will apply, depending on the situation.
-
We ask customers not to wash or dry-clean the costume themselves – we handle this professionally.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the rental period begins, in which case we will refund the amount paid.
For shorter notice, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. If the costume doesn't fit or your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible—we will find a flexible solution.
